With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Ericka has proven an unwavering team player who knows how to get the job done in the most effective and efficient way possible. Priding herself on her exceptional time management and knack for building relationships with clients and colleagues alike, there are few things more fulfilling for Ericka than helping families find their dream home. A longtime East Valley resident, she strives to continuously expand her education and market knowledge to provide the best representation to buyers and sellers across the Valley.
A native of Newport News, Virginia, Ericka manages to incorporate being a devoted mother, friend, community volunteer, and entrepreneur into her daily activities. Ericka currently resides in Chandler, AZ. She is a proud mother of five sons, Eric, Kwamie II, Kwinton, Kwincy, and Darius. Ericka is the co-founder of Lassiter’s TACKLE Foundation (Teaching Children to Kickoff Leadership in Education) and serves as President of The Kwamie Lassiter Foundation, Inc. which was founded in 1999 with her late husband, Kwamie, a former NFL Defensive Back with the Arizona Cardinals.
She dedicates her time to a variety of community service organizations in the Valley; particularly close to her heart are those focused on helping families cope with sickle cell anemia, which is a disease that affected her youngest son Kwincy until his bone marrow transplant in July of 2016. Additionally, Ericka sits on the advisory board for The Football Players Health Study at Harvard University and serves on the board for the Official National Football Players Wives Association, Off The Field NFL Wives Association, a group dedicated to being a resource to NFL families and the local community.
When she’s not representing clients in real estate or giving back, Ericka enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and putting smiles on the faces of others. She is a graduate of Norfolk State University and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated Tempe Alumnae Chapter.
